Project: Sansara

Luxury condominium tower with 17 unique units for those who want to experience a boutique residence.

The Sansara project in Sarasota, Florida allowed us to demonstrate how installing the right windows elevates a space and delivers spectacular luxury living.

The 17-floor development south of Tampa was purpose-built for professionals and families to enjoy city-living in style. Each floor is unique and every apartment has been built specifically for those who want to experience the best of boutique living.

Renowned architectural firm Hoyt Architects designed the building with the idea of bathing each condo in Florida sunshine. Working with trusted dealer All Glass, wall-to-wall windows were installed in each apartment of the tower giving owners unobstructed views of the Sarasota skyline.

This build features our Storefront Window Walls, which are impact-proof and built to last. This model of window is a great choice for tall buildings as the tried and tested design can withstand hurricanes, high winds, and the wind-borne debris that comes with them. These windows are also a great choice for a building like Sansara because they allow so much light into each unit. This is an extremely desirable feature for any property in sunny Florida.

For the doors, we went with our SE3550 Entry Door because of its aesthetically pleasing finish and its ability to integrate seamlessly with our Storefront Window Wall solution. Security is impressively high with these commercial doors, too. Our standard three-point locking system is robust, and the entire door is impact-proof to deter would-be intruders.

PGT and WinDoor sliding glass doors were also utilized in this project. These products were selected for their beauty, strength, and flexibility which is exactly what this project called for.
